1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing monad.xyz, app.monad.xyz, docs.monad.xyz or any other Monad-operated site (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not located in or a resident of any prohibited jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Nature of Services
The Services provide informational content about the Monad protocol. The Monad protocol itself is open-source, decentralized software. We do not custody assets, execute transactions, or act as a broker, exchange or financial institution.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on the Services is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Tokens, including MON, are highly volatile and may result in total loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
5. Third-party content & links
The Services may link to or display content from third parties (e.g. ecosystem apps, partner programs). We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Services (other than open-source code and assets released under permissive licenses) is owned by Monad Foundation or its licensors. The Monad brand, logo, and name are subject to the Brand Guidelines available at /brand-and-media-kit.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to compromise security, scrape at excessive rates, infringe IP rights, or use the Services to violate any law.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Monad Foundation nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Monad Foundation and its affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
